BELT SIZE GUIDE
-
MEASURE
When measuring for a Serna Bespoke belt, NEVER use the waist size of your pants.
Measure in inches, from the inside of the buckle, to the hole that you’re currently most comfortable in. The measurement to the hole will be used as your new middle hole. ( 5 to 7 holes)

Construction
Cutting
I start the construction of every bag by cutting out the body and sides by hand and punching out each stitch hole, one by one.
Assembly
Setting Rivets
I begin assembling the bag by setting each rivet by hand. Our rivets and buckles are solid brass. After setting the rivets, I form the bag by making hard folds where the bag will need to take its shape. This allows for the bag to have the structure of a briefcase.
Finishing
Stitching
The final step of assembly is stitching. I hand stitch each bag, without a sewing machine. I stitch with 2 needles in my hands using a waxed cord. After stitching is finished, each bag moves into our quality control stage. Once we are sure that everything is perfect, after several days of production, your bag is done.
